I have been creating professionally for nearly two decades; building visual identities, telling brand stories and bringing visions to life for small businesses & people with big ideas.

Where it all began.
My name is Felicia Sullivan and I am glad you’re here. I grew up in New Jersey, where I still live today; and where my love of creativity first began. Some of my earliest memories are of coloring with my dad, entering art contests, and filling school halls with exhibits of my work.
That early love turned into a lifelong pursuit. I studied Commercial Arts Technology in Vocational School, followed by Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, where I developed a foundation of visual storytelling that still drives my work today.
Professionally, I’ve focused on supporting small businesses, especially in grocery retail and real estate. Industries where I feel visual branding makes a real-world difference in the communities they serve. Whether leading campaigns in-house, running my independent studio Creative Unsquashed, or collaborating with fellow creatives, I bring a balance of strategy, craft, and bold vision to everything I do.
A JOURNEY
A JOURNEY
A creative comeback.
2025: The year I picked up a brush again. After years of burnout and creative silence, 2025 marked a major turning point. I exhibited my first painting in 15 years at The Jane Gallery in Philadelphia, which also happened to be the first time I had painted in seven years. That piece wasn’t just art on a wall… it was a full-circle moment: A reconnection to the part of me that creates not for clients or campaigns, but for healing, expression, the pure joy of making for myself. That moment really wasn’t just a comeback, it was a creative rebirth.
MAKING A UNICORN
MAKING A UNICORN
Laying my own foundation.
Every job I’ve ever had was built around me… not the other way around. I’ve never been someone who was simply hired to fill a role. I show up with curiosity, creativity, and the kind of energy that reshapes what’s possible. If it didn’t exist, I created it. If I didn’t know how to do it, I learned.
That mindset has taken me down some wildly unexpected roads: I’ve worked in leasing and property management, implemented software systems, helped manage accounts payable, stocked shelves, hosted events, and yes I’ve even scrubbed floors like Cinderella. Nothing is beneath me, because I believe every step has built the foundation for the creative powerhouse I am today.
I don’t stay in one lane because real creative leadership doesn’t live there. My work is built at the intersection of design, strategy, systems, and execution. That’s what makes me a unicorn. Not novelty. Capability. I see the whole picture, move fluidly across disciplines, and turn ideas into outcomes. I don’t just design things to look good. I build things to work. That range allows me to lead creatively with context, anticipate challenges, and build solutions that hold up beyond the design phase.
& BEYOND
& BEYOND
What fuels me?
I’m chasing sparks that keep me creatively alive now that I’ve found it again. (Of course when I’m not designing, painting, cross-stitching or building that portfolio that I’ve avoided for a decade). I have a deep love for all things vintage: 1930s-1950s fashion, art deco hotels & architecture and the timeless allure of Marilyn Monroe.
I thrive in the energy of live music, always pushing my way as close to the stage as possible. One of my favorite feelings is getting lost in a crowd and feeling like I am the only one there.
My family throws an epic Halloween party every year (we’re talking full-home spooky makeover), and I’m proudly, irreversibly obsessed with pumpkins. Also? Horror movies are my comfort genre, give me that and a good cup of coffee.
Want to talk design, horror films, or your pumpkin carving strategy? I’m listening.
